HOW DO YOU KNOW THE ATHLETES ARE MOVING WELL?Any athlete is able to send me video for critique via text at any time if they have questions or something doesn't feel right. In addition, every exercise has a video and "points of performance" linked to it, easily accessible by one click and <10 seconds..you don't even have to leave the app to watch the video! Also, upon beginning our baseball specific program, our first phase is a work capacity phase, where our focus is our core movements performed at relatively light weight and longer tempos. We find that this process allows the body to sort itself out and learn how to move correctly for most athletes!

ARE YOU ABLE TO CONTINUE PROGRAMMING FOR OUR ATHLETES OVER BREAKS?Yes. Online training over fall, winter, and even summer is included in the monthly plan. When your athletes return home, I will continue to program as if they have all the equipment they had at your facilities, as well as provide alternatives for any exercises they may not have the ability to perform, assuming they have access to a normal gym membership such as 24 Hour Fitness, VASA, Lifetime, etc. Accountability, routine, and logging of workouts will all remain the same.

HOW DO YOU KNOW ATHLETE'S ARE BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE?On my end, there are many statistics that are trackable through each individual athlete's account. These things include dates they've logged in, sessions completed, compliance within each session programmed, how much time each session takes, etc. This makes it pretty easy to tell if athletes are staying on track with the program.

HOW DO WE KNOW IF OUR ATHLETES ARE PROGRESSING?One of the options we offer include is a trip out to your school at several points throughout the program to test and re-test your athletes ourselves. This ensures we are able to see upward trends in your athlete's data. Also, we are able to see statistics and trend lines for each athlete on weight lifted for each exercise. If this isn't enough, we are positive you'll be able to see your athletes progress on the field.

WHAT IF SOME INDIVIDUALS NEED SPECIAL EXERCISE SELECTION?Included with the team program, is special adjustments for any athlete that may need it. This may be someone coming off of injury, someone that has an exercise that just doesn't feel right, or someone that has a different goal from the rest of the team. That person will receive adjustments to their own personal calendar that better suits them.
